RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason you would like to return your purchase, please contact Kerrie directly within 30 days of receiving your item(s) at kerrie.hutchinson@hotmail.co.uk or call 07765569923.

• Kerrie is happy to replace most products but there are some exceptions that cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These products include earrings for hygiene purposes and commissions.
• Products returned must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused and in their original packaging.
• With the exception of faulty goods, Kerrie will not be responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.
• Please allow up to 10 working days for Kerrie to receive your return and communicate receipt of the goods.
